Deleted folder

So was messing up with my game and realized that I deleted the folder root, the one inside the pac folder. Would somebody have a link where I can download only that or would someone upload it for me? Also, what would I be losing by getting a clean root folder? considering that I have some basic mods and tools installed? Thank you in advance.

First, check if it's still in the Recycle bin on your desktop. If it is, you can easily restore it from there.

If not, you could let Steam verify your game files, which will re-download the missing files and folders. Ensure to backup any modded files you don't have in your \WWE 2k19\mods\ folder (usually any modified movies\titantron\*.bk2 and  \sound\*.pck folder), as Steam verification will overwrite any non-default files that aren't in the \mods\ folder when verifying the game files.
