Edit String function - WrestlePLUS

So I'm trying to edit some of the "XXXX WRESTLE PLUS CUSTOM STRING" s that you find if you scroll all the way to the bottom in the "Edit String" function of WrestlePLUS.

I've added some wrestler names, attires and stuff - when I set them to an attire for example, ingame I see the attire name as "6FFC WRESTLE PLUS CUSTOM STRING"

Am I missing a stage of this process that I should be doing?

I believe WrestlePlus currently only edits the English String. If you're playing a different language version of the game, either switch the game to English or try using WrestleMinus to edit the String instead. If not, then I don't know what could be the problem.

Thanks for the response - wierdly I only have English as an option for my string language

Any chance that Steam creates a copy of this file elsewhere in my computer?

All languages are in the same string file. The Problem is, WrestlePlus can only edit the English one (although that should be fixed in the future).I think WrestleMinus should be able to edit it for all languages.

But if it still isn't working for your language, you can temporarily switch your game to the English language for the time being. To do so, Right-Click on WWE 2k19 in your Steam Games List, click Properties->Language and select English.

Then again, if you're already playing in English, look for copies of the string_win.pac file. If you have multiple ones, usually the one in the \mods\SuperString folder should be the active one.

Wrestleminus can edit all language strings, very handy tool, really like it. I hope @pozzum will continue developing it when he has time and motivation.
