I don't know why Universal Attire Unlocker doesn't unlock attires 

could someone help me please

Since you didn't give any details whatsoever, I can only assume you haven't updated Data Editor to the latest version (which you are expected to do every time a new version is released, this is an alpha test, after all!). Try that and see if it helps. The game reads the attire data from a different file since game version 1.04, thus older versions of Data Editor won't work with it.

If not, then post details and step-by-step what you're trying to do so people can see what you might be doing wrong or what doesn't work.

Also, only use CCT to regenerate the .def file (Full option). If you are using one of the old .bat scripts that are sadly still floating around, those can lead to such problems since they don't check for duplicates.
