how to port 2k15's or 2k16's cutscenes to 2k19 ?

I'd really like to know the answer to this as well. I've tried following the 2K15 cutscene port tutorial for 2K18 with Cheat Engine, and it doesn't work for 2K19.

Just copy those in evt folder ... zero out the chunk, rebuild the def so these file paths be included into this. If filename collision then you will need to rename the file (easier for 2k16) beyond that i don't know any way other than repackaging the file using 2k16 pac file and renaming it. You can use Pac Editor for that, but for renaming you will use hex editor.
