thatintrovertkid Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 Hey there, stupid question but I replaced the Booker T render into a Ciampa render using CCT, so how do I get the Ciampa mod to use that render? Can someone help? I'm using the latest version of CCT. Thanks! Quote
Cave Waverider Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 You can't assign a custom render. Renders are tied to the Wrestler ID. If you want to use a render, you'll have to install your wrestler (.pofo, .moveset and chXXXYZ.pac files) with a Wrestler ID of a wrestler with existing render, and replace the render for that ID/Wrestler. 1 Quote

Oh just like it was in 2K18, noted. That seems easy(installing the pofo, movesets and PAC fles) but I'm afraid to try injecting custom commentary (for Ciampa, to replace Booker T's) because that wrecked my save game last year. Thank for the answer anyway! 1 Quote

Thank for the answer anyway! Changing sounds with Sound Editor won't wreck your save since the .pck files don't have to do anything with the save at all. It must have been something else. That said, make sure to backup your save game periodically. Quote

I accidentally discovered that the supposedly empty slot 336 and 574 (reserved for Murphy and Big Cass mod) are somehow tied to a render by randomly clicking through the Superstars list in CCT. Would you know if this also applies to any other slot, or is there a faster way to find out besides checking all empty slots? Quote

Placing mods there won't replace the security guards since their id''s are 46500,46600 and 46700. The 02 and 04 files will always be used in gameplay while the scenes that require the guards will call on the 00 files, so there is no need to delete anything. 1 Quote
