Data Editor 2k19 Critical Error when unlocking Alt Attires

"An error has occured while trying to generate the file! Please check your permissions, make sure the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam \SteamApps\ common \WWE 2K19\ mods\ Universal Alternate Attire Unlock\ pac root\ miscOl_start_p30.pac is intact and try again!"

I already have the mod, and when I try to reinstall it gives a similar message, any help?

That means that the file can't be accessed for whatever reason.

Ensure your game isn't running when you try to edit or install Data Editor, that you've pointed Data Editor to the correct game folder, you've got sufficient read/write privileges for your game folder and files contianed within.

Also make sure that your Data Editor 2k19\Backups\ directory has it's sub-folder structure intact as it is in the original archive.

And if neccessary how can I change them?
