I tried this morning like 6-7 times... nothing. Why? Anyone knows? I still have version 1.03.

Try to change your Steam Download Region (Steam->Settings->Downloads->Download Region) to something different, restart Steam (in Online mode) and try again.

Something really weird happened. I shut down the PC.... later I turned back on offline an now it has version 1.04. 

Of course once again I lost all created an downloaded content. 

So I will wait until the final DLC to start with CAWS and MODS etc...
