Needing assistance to create the perfect Hulk Hogan pack in WWE2K19 (PC)

I am creating this thread to ask for assistance for making changes to the four sets of Hulk Hogan CAW's that I made in WWE2k19 without the use of mods pulled from previous games (2K14 and 2K15 respectively). The main areas that I am facing difficulties with is for the boot choice, as well as obtaining the textures that are on the Hulkamania (WWE) and NWO (WCW & WWE) boots. Also I am having difficulties with hunting down a specific NWO bandana texture that was used for Hogan's 1999 WCW attires (the one that has the letters and the half-circle-like design over it). Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: Basically I'm wanting to recreate what Kung Fu has for his set of Hogans for 2K19, but with additional attires, but with his, I'm unaware of how he was able to get the boot textures so perfectly aligned.

Added additional info for the sole reason why I need help.
