WrestlePLUS 2019 not working

Hi, I have a problem with Wrestle PLUS after upgrading to version 1.03 in practice it always comes out subit error and in consequence it does not make me use the program someone kindly has a solution?

I might get 2k18 on Steam does 2k18s wrestleplus still work and is it as good?

yes I am pretty sure wwe 2k18 wrestleplus is still working fine

Probably the Wrestleplus creator is waiting until 1.06 which is kind of smart, it means he isnt wasting his time if they make more big changes from 1.04 to 1.05 etc. 

I am guessing of course, but I think that the official patches do make big changes to previous work to the tool.
