Justin Gabriel is missing a Pac file .04 can't play a match with him

Its the same attire as his entrance so you can copy the 02 pac file and rename it to 04 and then hex edit it

you dont need to add a 04 pac file, just make sure the hex values are correct and you have the pofo and moveset in the right slot

Yeah i hex him 988 but this one doesn't want to work, by the way is Justin pofo/moveset is 788 right ? its weird

you need to edit the pofo and moveset to match the 988 slot if you want him to work with that slot
