Step 1.  Delete/remove the files in your /pac/menu/win/Assets/wwe19_singleread/movie/mainmenu folder(make sure you have a clear .arc and rebuilt .def)

Step 2.  That's it. :D 

Just thought I would share that for people who don't know.  I took the time to blank them all out before I realized it would work -_-
