I gave this message after reinstal and tried inject pofo/moveset.

Go to the Options Menu and check the Folders are pointing to the correct locations.

Pointing it
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\My ID\817.. folder

Point it at the remotecache.vdf file in that folder

I made it but the problem is same.
