WWE 2K19 I5 4460 GTX 1050TI 4GB 8GB RAM-1080P 30FPS SLOW MOTION

I've seen that many people are having performance problems in wwe 2k19, it seems that 2k has not yet learned how to optimize their games. It's pretty much all games on the top, very high like GTA V 60fps +, Farcry 5 60fps, R6 60fps +. The only game I can run in full hd is this wwe 2k19, well, I did some benchmarking test in wwe and vi that my setup should run this with a much higher performance quality. I believe this could be some flaw in their new engine or lack of optimization. I would like to know if anyone else has this problem with the same card as mine or higher, and if there is any solution to this problem. Every year that passes I am more disappointed with this franchise.

i think the issue occour because of processor for many people its need a processor with sse4.2 glad i never had this slow motion issue but some of my friend had this slow motion issue

I have the same issue.... every time that I upgrade the Graphics Driver.

Fix:

Click on Nvidia Settings/ Manage 3D Settings / Program Settings

ADD 

Look for the EXE of the game an added here.

Now load the game an Run the Benchmark 

Mine as I Run it today it was at 42 FPS

I don't think 2k19 will run without sse 4.2. I tried running it on a core2duo with sse 4.1, no dice, then used intel sde to emulate instruction sets and it ran.

2k18 would not run on the core2duo natively with its original q6600 processor with sse3 and ssse3, (ran with sde though) but did run natively once I put a q9650 in there, a processor which has sse4.1 instructions.
