Remove Screen Filter

I remember that for 2K18 it was a topic about how to remove the old screen filter, but I can't find it. Any help?

It's in the 2k18 section of this listed as Remove Static Filter. Let me know if it works in 2k19. I haven't tried yet and was wondering too.
