Any tips for Creating a Superstar?

Hi,

I was always a fan of created Superstar but I have always created Superstars that didn't have a good appearance. This year, I decided to try to improve my creation skills. Have you any advice to give me, knowing that the main problem that have is that i'm bad with creating faces ?
