Career Mode Gimmicks?

Hey everyone. Been taking a break from CAW making to put some time into career mode. I was wondering if anyone has any self imposed gimmicks in their playthrough? Like I find myself swapping out face paints after big matches/story events. Not that fancy but it took longer than it should have for me to catch it 😂
