CPU vs CPU

So for the last 4 years or so I get WWE2K and run a universe without actually playing the matches.  Boring maybe, but I make an old WCW universe and re-live my childhood.  This year seems to be a problem, however.  The CPU vs CPU matches seem to never end.  I'm doing Halloween Havoc right now.  I'm over an hour in and only on the 2nd match.  I even tried using WrestlePlus's mid-match modify.  I give one guy full health and the other guy ZERO and they still kick out.  What gives??

What difficulty setting do you have? I usually put it to Hard, that seemed to normally work.. but I've got the opposite. Mine seem to end fast and the AI seems off.

How do you even do that? I have the opposite problem, my matches dont last more than 5 minutes!

Not sure if this is allowed, but here's a website that has slider settings for the AI. Did a HUGE improvement for me.. Instead of the cheap 5 minute matches.. Last night I had an insane No Holds Barred CPU vs CPU match between Lesnar and Strowman...
