No, you need to regenerate the Chunk0.def while the game is closed. The file is needed for the game to know which files to load at startup.
If you do while the game is running, the game simply won't have any mods loaded, thus your regular trons will show up since it's using the original tron file and not the Fix.

While the game isn't running (and ideally, shut down Steam, too. Deleting the %LocalAppData%\Temp\WWE 2K19 folder and restarting your computer beforehand might help as well, in case anything is cached in the temporary folder), you have to remove the Titantron fix for the old version, install the latest version of the Titantron fix via CCT (Install Mods->Titantron Fix) and to be safe, empty the Chunk0.arc, regenerate the Chunk0.def with CCT (Full option!). And ensure that CCT is updated to the latest version before you do it (?->Info should show v1.1.1.0 or later). After that, start the game. Any titantrons fixed by the Titantron Fix and the existing ones should work then.

I did all of this and still no luck.

Hi, I tried to put AJ Lee's name on the list using the editor and following the steps shown in the tutorial video, but her items aren't showing up in the CAE lists.

EDIT: Fixed it.  Please ignore/delete.

Hi!

I'm using this method, and I was able to add a couple of item to 0000, 0001, 002A and 002B, but when I go to add items in 002C, WrestleMINUS doesn't save. I'm getting an error, with this detail

Hi, This is an issue that occurs quite often with Wrestleminus.

If you have a copy of the original cae_item.pac file, what I will suggest you do is open the file in Pac Editor and extract the 002C.dat file from it.

Open the 002C.dat file in Wrestleminus and add the items to it.

Open the cae_item.pac file you are adding items to in Pac Editor. inject the 002C.dat file you have modified.

Hi, This tool can't be used to add pyro to entrance animations. It is used for adding the names of entrance, victory motions and gfx to the cae_item.pac file so you can select them in create entrance.

Adding pyro to a tag entrance is something entirely different as it can't be edited in advanced creation. This will mean you can't use multiple custom pyro effects.

These are the [possibilities regarding pyro.

1. Using the pyro/smoke for an single entrance in the game for the Taker Paul Bearer entrance. This will entail duplicating the gimmick, particle and effects file for the entrance and changing its ID to that of the tag entrance.

2. Use a smoke effect in advanced entrance,( not multiple). This can be done by first locating the ID of the pyro file you want to use and converting it for use with a single entrance. However you can't control the timing as the pyro will go off from the intro like you will see with the red smoke in the Fiend's ported 2k20  entrance. I took that from 2k19 advanced creation.

3. use a smoke effect from advanced entrance which will go off at a particular point in the entrance. I'm still experimenting on it as the timing data is quite complex but ive used it for Brock Lesnar's 2k19 single entrance and entrance with Heyman, which allowed me to set the pyro to go off when he taunts on the stage.

Do let me know what smoke you want to use for the entrance and I can try to assist in any way possible.

Hey @BlindedByTheGrace,

Thanks for getting back to me on this, I was curious about this for sometime because I really liked the Undertaker and Paul Bearer WWE 2k14 entrance due to the smoke being added there in addition to the blue light hue. But I was thinking of using blue smoke near the stage and ramp area since the smoke would basically cover the entire ringside area and stage when they come out.

What sort of software would I need to edit and change to make this possible? Are you also saying that I have to change the tag team entrance for Paul bearer and the undertaker to be set as a single entrance for wrestler & manager (similar to Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman)?

I'll link a wwe 2k14 video of the entrance I was hoping for these two:

Thanks for responding,

Wolf

Hi,

There isn’t a software which can modify entrance animation data. Any form of entrance editing of this sort is all done by manually hex editing data. The files are decompressed using pac editor and opened in a hex editor like HxD to change data values etc.

Im not sure that 2k14 blue smoke with the blue hue  is in the current gen games including 2k19.
The best bet will have been to try porting the 2k14 smoke particles to 2k19, by locating the files but some of the data might not be compatible and will cause crashes.

Alternatively you will have to made some with the smoke available in 2k15PC-2k19
You will have to first see whether you can create something similar using any single entrance motion in advanced creation.
The data files used can then be located and modified for use in this single entrance with manager (which is what the entrance is similar to Brock and Heyman’s entrance)

Actually the blue smoke is actually in wwe 2k19. I can use that easily believe it or not. Or the white smoke.

There is blue smoke in WWE 2k19 advanced creation, but it’s not as think layered as the 2k14 smoke.
If  you want to use the Stage Blue smoke or the All blue smoke with the entrance, it’s possible, but not through advanced creation obviously as I explained earlier. If you have seen a particular lighting preset you want to use, then the lighting for the Taker Paul Bearer entrance can be changed to a different one.

the undertaker's lighting would be a good fix. Well could i add any smoke at all that's in the game to that entrance? I don't necessarily mind it being thick as the WWE 2k14 smoke.

Yes it’s possible to add the smoke. Which one are you looking at in particular? Taker’s solo entrance lighting can also be used..
