HELP WITH FIX MESH DISTORTIONS WHEN SWAPPING GENDER FOR DIVA CAW IN CAREER MODE

Hi,

WWE 2k17 PC Version

I would like to play in WWE 2k17 PC as a CAW-Diva in career mode and tried to do this by exporting CAW-Diva Pofo data with Custom Character Tools, editing the gender flag (changed it from female to male) with Data Editor and reimporting (install) it back to the game. This worked well so far, but now there are ugly mesh (or texture ?) distortions (see pic).

May be this buyable Trainer can fix it

 

Is there another way to fix this (without this trainer) and how could it be done ?
