Mods question

so i have not bought a WWE game in years and only got back to pc gaming this year so i was wondering to what level can this game be modded? most of what i see is stuff from prior games being imported into this one, which is great, but is there much in the way of original creations, and mods to how the game works. For instance lets say you downloaded a Jon snow CAW , could you actually insert the Game of thrones music in the game, make a titantron from the show credits...etc that kind of thing/
