Lift and carry system not working (PC) (INtergender specific issue)

For me pressing E + (spacebar) + direction key has not impact      .... i swap direction keys with WASD, i have reverted to default and tried E+(Spacebar) + WASD but no improvement.

sometimes it do work but most of the time it's broken. Has anyone else faced this issue .... i turned off simulation and selected Arcade but no improvement

 

Well it seems it's not lift and carry system :

there is no intergender lift and carry :) so i was wondering it sometimes work and somtimes it don't. sorry for being the bearer of bad news for some
