Hey guys... I need someone who could make an good Crazzy Steve (Decay Attire) CAW. I waited month's in 2k18 for one but there was never anything which rly looked nice. i edited some tattoos + facepaint out (png.) also:

I can take a crack at it when I get some free time. I'll have to look up some references but these will help out a lot.

 

Edit: I'll get to work on it tonight. Sorry was out of town until last night ><
