Trying to change crowd signs 2k19

After an exhausting search of this forum and google in general, I found some old tutorials on 2k16, only issue is, x-packer gives invalid pac file error when i try to open the audience.pac file. Its been a while since I did this. Does anyone have an idea where i could be going wrong, and how I need to get back on track? Thanks in advance.

Other problem but same result.

I try to reproduce old method.

With pac editor, open and extract audience.pac, extract the file inside, etc...but in the end, only a folder with bpe. no other pac, no ooodle to decompress, no dds.

I dont know where the problem.

If someone have make research on that, like @sneakycastro, i'm interrested.

Second try:

1/ open audience.pac with Repac.

2/ lot of no01 files

3/ extract of one

4/ obtain a dds file

5/ make may own dds file, same resolution in dds

6/ with Repac inject file compressed on the original no01 files

7/ change the audience.pac original (save it), by the modded one

8/ launch the game

but...alas...

on the CaW menu, when you go on the crowd sign the game freeze and get back to desktop when you go on General Signs

Sad i think i have found how to do it...but no...

if someone can complete and indicate what i do wrong, it will be very cool.
