Moving PC - Custom Images

So I'm currently building a new PC and was wondering about moving files over?

I know where the music files are and how to copy them over easily, plus the save file.

My question is with the things I've downloaded that have custom images would they be in a separate folder I'll need to transfer over or are they in my actual save file?
