Is it legal to mod the game ?

I recently got a warning message in game ("inappropriate content"), and I wonder if it's because I uploaded modded content on youtube with my steam account name visible ?

That will be correct on the 2 naked girls logos... 2K actually likes when people mod attires, even the retweeted Alclegacy when he did the DX new shirt for Shawn Michaels that same Raw night...

 

Edit: I have been putting gameplay on my Youtube channel and only get copyright emails for the theme music lol but nothing against me..
