PS4 Pro Screen Tearing WWE 2K19

Hello everyone. I am sure I am not the only one with this issue but really can't find a solution this year and am looking for any advice someone may have. I am experiencing screen tearing again this year as with almost every year from only the new WWE game. Last year with WWE 2k18 I had to change the output from automatic which was 4k to 1080p and it eliminated the tearing and fps issues. The year before, the same thing. I don't remember with 15 but I know like always there was FPS issues. This year I have tried changing it to 1080 and it doesn't help at all. The major obvious tearing is within create a wrestler and create an arena. The tearing in the matches is not as bad as last year but still present when running across the screen. I know I am not the only one with the issue as 2ksupport is always quick to point out but its always the same. If anyone has any suggestions. I have a ps4 pro ( it did it on the normal ps4 on different TV's) , hdmi cable capable of 21mbps, 4k vizio e55-e2, game mode on, boost mode on.....all the things in line. It never has happened with any other game or apps.
