Can''t play my CAW's

Hello, so I DL'd a great LOD today and I go to play as them and I can't click in the create a superstar tab.  Anyone else having an issue with this?  Please help.

When at the tab to select, it just clicks.

I can play my CAW in universe mode but not in play.  What gives?
