Is it possible to create an alt attire for a downloaded/installed MOD?

Every time that I tried the game crashed.

You mean via in-game character creator? It will work with certain mods, not with others. It depends on the base and objects the mod is created with, I'm sure someone with more knowledge about the inner workings of wrestler mods will be able to explain the exact reasons, though.
