I pre-ordered the PC Deluxe Version but...

Hello guys, Yesterday I pre-ordered the Deluxe Version of WWE 2K19 on Amazon (France) for the PC.
And it says that i will receive my copy (key) per E-Mail but on October 9th and not 5th.
Is that normal???

Am i really having to wait until October 9th?

They should email you the key on the 5th of October (your time zone) Usually sometime on the 4th so you can preload the game and get it unlocked on the 5th.

Well, I didn't receive my key for pre-load it's currently 23:00 France time and i'm hoping to get it at Midnight, Amazon FR says the game comes out on October 9th but it's the Deluxe Edition with Early access, Can somebody help me out please???

cancel it and get it from Steam, it's already unlocked for steam users

I finally got my code through from CD Keys this afternoon and downloaded the game through Steam. 

However, it tells me I cannot play until the release date. So at this point, I don't even know if I have the Deluxe Version despite ordering the Deluxe Version on CD Keys. I have emailed them a couple of times today but got no response which leaves me pretty annoyed as I have used them a few times before with no issues whatsoever.

completely close steam and open it again, i was having the same issue until i did that

It turns out that CD Keys seem to have sent people who ordered the deluxe version, the standard version.
