create a superstar not working

I can't access create a superstar, or edit WWE Superstar, the screen just goes back to the menu.  Is this because I maxed out the 20 download limit on community creations?  I can still edit custom superstars, but cannot give alt attires or create a new superstar.

close the game and restart and also restart the console that should fix it

If clearing your cache doesn't fix it, it's possible you've got a glitched CAW slot.  This happened to me once on my main profile, and it happens on every CAW I make on my 2nd profile after it got wiped.

The solution I've found is pretty simple though.  If you can remember the last CAW you made or downloaded, copy that CAW to the first open CAW slot you have, then delete the original version.  Usually it'll show up first ahead of the copied version.  If this doesn't work, try it on a couple of other CAWs and it should eventually work.
