Any way to add more CAW slots? can you edit hair?

Hey all.

Just bought 2k18 (it was $30 and I just recently got an xbox1 for free, so score); 

Anyways, I saw the PC mod and saw like 999 or 1000 caw slots or something....I would absolutely love to be able to have this on x1; is this even possible?
MY PC is old so 2k18 wouldn't work on PC.  My PC Skyrim disk barely works lol.
