I try to use wwe 2k18+ but its keeps saying pac plus not installed redownload and i do it but it keeps saying redownload it i did alot of times someone help me

As far as I know, the servers for WWE 2k18+ no longer exist. You'll have to wait until WrestlePlus adds backward compatibility, I'm afraid.
