WWE 2K19 Digital Deluxe Preorder on Steam Question

I was about to pre-order the game on Steam and I noticed that even if you choose the digital deluxe as opposed to the normal version, it still lists it as being available on Oct 9th and not four days early like it should be. Is that only exclusive for PS4 and Xbox One? Or will it release on the 5th anyway even though it doesn't say it will?

While we didn't get early access on the PC for 2k18, it says we would in 2k19 on the Steam page. I'd assume that the date for the early access on Steam will change in time for it to go live (it happens at times that Dates get changed on Steam). Unless it's a mistake that it says there is one on the Steam page.
