Game won't load after "Then, Now, Forever" intro video

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue where the game won't load after the intro video that I mentioned in the title. This isn't my first time modding, I did it right before, but I wanted to do a clean install of the game and add all the mods again. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I have WWE 2K18+, I edited the arc file in HxD, not quite sure what I'm missing. Thank you and I will appreciate any help.

Hi, try deleting the arc file or place in a different location on your drive, rebuild chunk0.def and restart the game.
