Removing goatee from Character Mod

Hi guys, I am VERY new to modding, so I apologize for asking a stupid question. 

So I am using a old DDP mod in 2k17 and the goatee doesn't move. It bothers me A LOT. 

I'm trying to figure out how I can remove the goatee by reading the help files, however, the more I read, the more confused I am.

Can anyone guide me to the correct tutorial and/or help me remove that particular goatee that is causing me to lose sleep?

it might be in the textures. those are in the 0C and 0A pacs

Hmmm. I dont't think its the texture. I also got to admit. I only have the Mod's entrance and in ring pac files and have done nothing to it as I am VERY confused.
