Hey, would it be possible to mod out the Roll-Out mechanic?

I apologize if this has already been asked or such a mod exists(if it does, I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction).

 

I absolutely hate this mechanic and it's virtually the only reason I ever do 1-on-1's in '18.
