Misunderstanding from Data Editor or Modded moves exist ?

Hi 

In data editor i noticed Walkover (MODDED) move , which i believe is the old name for Footpress 2 or 1  which is now removed.

I previously tried assigning my signature move based on value from 2k17 but it didn't work and character didn't do anything except getting ready to attach, meaning they removed the implementation also :(.

Then in data editor i saw walkover moded which i think is for foot press . Where can i get or look for modded moves. 

It's interesting to find out how do they put back animation and damage parameters etc.

The moves that have the [Mod] suffix require a mod to be installed in order to work in the game. Most of them can be found in @squaredcirclefan's Ported Moves Pack.
