Add or Remove things from Pac like hair?

Could anyone tell me how to remove items like hair and other things from the pac file without X-rey or X-packer? I have all the free to use tools and am waiting on tekken to reply if i can get packer and rey but until then i gotta use what i can. id like to make a bald baron and also add shirts for like enterances
