Doesnt seem to work any more ? WHY?

so  I replaced dean ambros with jimmy hart , everything worked fine since I installed him months ago.

but now something has happened .. when selecting jimmy hart the loading screen stuck , and yes the arc file is deleted. Also in wwe 2k18+ in manage superstars I cant seem to find jimmy hart or dean ambros.

whats the issue please help.
