To prevent logos from disappearing/invisible logos, delete unused logos before uploading because the glitch might have something to do with two or more logos having the same name.

Most have said that the glitch has something to do with repeatedly editing and moving custom logos. I've done the same to logos that uploaded without a problem. I figured that it might have something to do with this common method: upload a logo, it didn't come out the way you wanted it to, edit (without changing the name), re-upload it. Usually after that method you finally upload your creation without deleting the previous uploaded logos from the game first. In computers, you can't have two similar types of files with the same exact name. My theory is that by having more than one custom logo with the same name in your game will cause an error when uploading. The uploading reads from all custom logos in the game, not just the specific creation selected. After I deleted all unused logos from the game, all logos uploaded on my creation. Try it
