X-packer replacement?

New to the whole modding deal and trying to do some mods and ports for my son and every tutorial uses x-packer which I understand is no longer available. Any suggestions? Can unpack with pac editor but can't repack.

It's still available - wright to it's author tekken57, it costs about 14 bucks or so. Without it you cannot pack normally, only inject with Pac editor.
