Why is Julian the best in the world?

Now we all know @JulianBITW is the best in the world, after all his name says so. From my personal experiences with him, I can definitely say he’s right up there. But best in the world is a big claim, especially when he has competition like @Penguin and @AznBlusuazn. So what is it exactly that puts Julian above the rest?

I know German engineering is at the forefront of modern technology, and could account for Julian’s wisdom regarding technological matters. But as an equal opportunist I find it hard to accept that race could be the sole factor in setting him above the rest of the world. Not to mention, do you remember the last time a German rode that train of thought, bro?
