Two questions

Hello, because Im very amateur with modding I want to know 2 things:

1st: How can I have a ch file as an alt. attire? (ex. a modded Jeff Hardy attire attached to his in-game model)

2nd: How can I put render to modded models, to get rid of these black figures?

1. This entry in the Smacktalks Community Wiki should be a good start.

2. You can only replace the black figure render image with something else with Custom Character Tools, but it will be used for any wrestlers that use that render. There is no way to add an individual render to wrestlers (so far) that don't have one by default.
If you want all the black dummy renders to be invisible, you can use the Empty Dummy Renders mod.
