Need help with custom music

So I successfully injected custom music into the game..its the right file type and everything...but no sound plays when i select the replaced music in game....any help with this?

did you use Sound Editor 2018? and is the file a wem file? You also have to replace your custom music with something inside the game.

steamapps\common\WWE 2K18\sound  the file called music_misc_1_m.pck just has generic music.

also if you are using wem files use a different wem file and Use a wem file made by someone else to see if it works.

If you are using .wem files from last year (WWE 2K17), they will NOT work. So you need to convert all your songs with Sound Editor 2K18 in order for them to be compatible with 2K18.

Also, make sure the game is closed when injecting.

Did you test out the songs you replaced to verify that they had indeed changed?

I dont know if you figured it out, but I had the same problem. You must inject the music in game_mode_m_s not in sountrack_m (I mean for menu music)
