Hello! I want to use this image design for my custom wrester's shirt. How can i apply this image using mod tools such as Data Editor, or CCT?

You mean your created wrestler with the in-game creation suite? Simply use 2k's logo uploader website to upload it and then download it into your game. Then you can go into create a superstar and apply the logo wherever. There are no other tools to do this since it's already officially possible.

Yeah I did try logging into the network via steam account but WWE network wont connect me and takes me through an infinite loop of misery. Oh well might have to make do with something else.
