I used cct to remove my ryback mod from game and accidentally clicked rusev. I tried deleting game and resintalling and can\f  fid him under wwe2k18+ unlock superstars section only see managers.

Load the .pofo and .moveset of Rusev from the Data Editor Templates folder and install it via CCT.
