Removing Moveset Man / Locked Grey Characters From Cutscenes

Hi guys I would like some assistance. First I am using retail version, the steam version. 

I want to be able to unlock certain cutscenes who have the moveset man in them

or in this case Renee Young, can someone advice me which coding line in hex editor needs to be altered, i assume that is how this is done

Extract the EVP from the EVT file and change the cast members.

the EVP is within the individual EVT (entrance/victory/cutscene) animation file.

Hmm usually i open those pac files with hex editor , what tool do i need to open them with? thanks for responding again
