Vince Manager + Overwriting?

So I prefer overwriting superstars so I can add renders and voice calls.

I'm thinking of overwriting Vince McMahon with someone else I prefer, such as maybe Ms. Elizabeth.

But I hate when it alters other parts of the game.

Does Vince McMahon manager appear at all in Career Mode or Universe Mode? If so, it'd look awkward if overwritten with Ms. Elizabeth.

Also I was thinking about unlocking some unused NPC slots, like Cameraman B1 and B2. Do they actually pop up anywhere in game?
