Had to reinstall, having trouble

Hey man listen I am having trouble.I had to uninstall 2k18 because I had some problems.So I installed the game again and now I am in even deeper trouble than before.

The problem is the fact that I can't install the mods again.The game still has the early save I had,but now the mods won't work.Any suggestions?
