Is there a way to remove middle finger blur in WWE 2K14?

Hi, I wonder was there ever a mod made where mr. mcmahon stunner and other stunners are shown clearly and not blurred? (as if we dont know what is being shown :D)

funny thing is that during the replay the blur is not used and everything is seen as it should be.

I'm on PS3.
